Job Description
Oracle is seeking experienced implementation consultants to support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. Consultants will work closely with the offshore team to provide comprehensive support, particularly in areas like Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and data analysis.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Strong knowledge of HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, HDL, Fast Formulas, Payroll Flow Patterns, and HCM data structures
- Strong PL/SQL skills
- Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and OCI is preferred
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deliverables
