Job Description
This role is for an experienced HCM Consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, and multiple business processes. The role involves independently implementing Oracle products and technologies to meet customer needs, working with management of customers and participating in business development activities. A strong understanding of HCM, including the 8 to 12 years of experience with 3 end-to-end implementations, is expected. Experience with design, configuration, and testing is also important.
