Data Centre Technician/Engineer

We are looking for a Data Centre Technician with a background in racking & stacking to deployment & decommissioning, who can troubleshoot and solve infrastructure issues within a Data Centre environment. The role involves installing/assisting in the installation, configuration, and testing of data center equipment, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining an accurate parts inventory.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a Data Centre environment
• Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimisation of all production server hardware and software
• Execute basic troubleshooting along with triaging incoming incidents in support of DC operations
• Maintain strong adherence to processes and contribute to process improvements
• Understand internal customer problems and deliver timely technical solutions
• Work on a rotating shift basis, including weekend
• Background in Linux
• Knowledge of Liquid Cool technology
• Knowledge of Data Centre Ecosystem (cooling, electrical, networking, and structured cabling)
