Job Description
The AI Engineer will design, develop, and optimize generative AI and agent solutions for Oracle applications, and develop innovative solutions to advance the CSS team's operational capabilities and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Design, develop, configure, evaluate, monitor, and optimize generative AI and agent solutions for Oracle applications
- Develop innovative solutions to advance the CSS team's operational capabilities and effectiveness
- Create processes, tools, and tests to evaluate and optimize AI responses on customer instances at scale
- Develop monetizable services and build revenue streams around different levels of test, evaluation, monitoring, and audit for generative AI authoring, summarization, retrieval augmented generation, and agentic workflows
- Maintain close relationships and share information across many lines of business
