Job Description
We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and optimize generative AI and agent solutions for Oracle applications. The ideal candidate will create processes, tools, and tests to evaluate and optimize AI responses on customer instances at scale.
Requirements
- Evaluate and optimize GenAI solutions (including RAG and agents)
- Provide analysis and reporting of AI quality and business value, as well as auditing (e.g. bias, prompt injection, guardrails) for customers
- Develop methods and tools to evaluate, improve, extend, and measure ROI of Oracle AI solutions
- Design and develop custom AI solutions to optimize and generate efficiencies for business operations
- Help monetize AI capabilities as managed services
- Support internal standardization and uptake of generative AI code assist tools
- Interface with Oracle AI Review (OAR) Board and Corporate Security Solution Assurance Process team to ensure AI and security governance
