Job Description
Opus 2 is seeking a Solution Consultant to join their Client Success team in the US, specializing in optimizing their legal technology. The role involves pre-sales engagement, client communication, and identifying business challenges to demonstrate the value of Opus 2's solutions. The consultant will be a trusted advisor and driving adoption of the solutions.
Requirements
- Experience as a solution consultant, pre-sales consultant or client success manager in a B2B software technology and/or experience working with a Litigation team or legal technology.
- Strong ability to listen and analyse customer needs and engage with customers in a consultative manner.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex legal technology concepts effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills and background.
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
