Job Description
OPTIVATIONS is seeking an IT Support Specialist to work on-site at their West Palm Beach office. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for keeping systems running smoothly, handling day-to-day support requests, and ensuring the team and clients have what they need to do their work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, Outlook, Intune)
- Familiarity with user and permission management across various systems
- Comfortable troubleshooting common hardware and connectivity issues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with physical access management (badges, NFC cards, etc.)
- Clear communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical colleagues
