Job Description
The Shipper is responsible for operating a forklift, dock cranes, and other equipment to manage the transfer, warehousing, and inventory of finished products from the rolling mill to the customer. They must maintain workflow and accuracy in the storage area. This role requires operation and maintenance of equipment.
Requirements
- Inspects forklifts and coil loaders.
- Operates forklift, dock cranes, overhead cranes, and coil loader.
- Manages traffic flow and outbound products.
- Accurately tally and tag inbound/outbound billets.
- Performs cycle counts.
