Job Description
A litigation secretary is needed with experience in high court litigation, secretarial diploma, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including MS Word, and knowledge of Aderant Expert, FileSite, CourtOnline, and CaseLines.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a legal secretary
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programmes, more specifically MS Word
- Knowledge on Aderant Expert (CMS) accounting system
- Knowledge on FileSite
- Sound working knowledge of CourtOnline and CaseLines.
- Experience in High Court litigation (motion proceedings).
- Secretarial diploma/legal secretarial diploma/paralegal qualification (advantageous)
