Optimize is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant to transform data into actionable insights for clients. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions, collaborating with clients, conducting data analysis, and providing training. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing service offerings and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related fields.
• Extensive experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
• Proven experience in data modeling, reporting, and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
