Job Description
Optima is a design-driven real estate development firm seeking a hardworking Maintenance Technician. The role involves performing building maintenance, preventative maintenance, and unit turnovers, as well as providing resident work orders. The company is a modernist real estate developer with a focus on design and sustainability.
Requirements
- Outgoing and positive attitude with exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently, expertly, and to multi-task
- Reliable and responsive with a strong work ethic
- Thorough knowledge of preparing for resident move ins and outs, as well as general repair skills
- Physical capacity to lift 100 lbs.
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
