Job Description
Optima is a design-driven real estate development firm specializing in luxury residential communities. They seek an Architect to support their multifamily residential development life cycle. The role involves collaboration with various teams, coordinating architectural design, creating Revit models, and participating in quality control. They focus on creating innovative living spaces integrated within a dynamic system.
Requirements
- At least 5-10 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam/PDF software.
- Experience with Procore, MS Office, Adobe Suite, MEP-FP systems and BIM coordination software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, self-reliant, hard-working and able to multi-task.
