This role focuses on ensuring consistent operational performance, team guidance, and project implementation within practice-level operations. The Director will collaborate with Corporate and support practice managers to achieve short-term and long-term goals related to patient satisfaction, staffing, and community engagement.

• Review recruitment/staffing and performance.
• Verify practices are staffed and compliant.
• Support practice managers in addressing issues.
• Support practice managers with community engagement.
• Review clinic operations for process improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage new location openings.
