Operative is looking for a Product Support Analyst to work with the implementation, T1 and T3 support, account management and product development teams to ensure successful post-implementation use of our enterprise SaaS products. This role involves troubleshooting and delivering solutions to client issues/requests, recommending best practices, and contributing to developing and enhancing support monitoring and automation scripts/tools.
