Job Description
Operative is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect to lead the technical design of our cloud products, ensuring robust architecture patterns, compliance with internal governance, and alignment with industry best practices. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, or DevOps roles, with expertise in AWS and GCP services, cloud governance, and security frameworks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, or DevOps roles
- Proven expertise in AWS and GCP services (compute, networking, security, storage, and monitoring)
- Strong understanding of cloud governance, FinOps principles, and security frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO 27001)
- Experience in IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, GKE, EKS)
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, DevSecOps, observability tools, and cost optimization strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across engineering and leadership teams
