As an IT Support Specialist at OpenUp, you will ensure the seamless operation of our infrastructure and digital tools. You will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, working closely with our Product Manager and Developers to provide solutions.
Requirements
- Strong foundational knowledge of various computer systems and IT tools.
- Excellent communication and service-oriented mindset, with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive and solution-focused, eager to take initiative and solve problems efficiently.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Desire to grow in an IT role and continuously develop your technical skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools and systems.
- Fluent in English. (Dutch is a nice to have).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT or digital support role.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure environments which require a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
