OpenTag is looking for an Office & Events Manager to join our Sofia office on a maternity cover contract. The role combines office coordination, employee support, and event planning to create a well-organized and positive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience holding a similar position (at least 1 year)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- University degree
- Experience with Google Products (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Great collaborator – feels comfortable working in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Open to feedback and able to adapt to changes
