Job Description
OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, Inc., is seeking a Vice President of Product Design & Research to lead their product design and research function. This role focuses on shaping visual identity, defining design strategy, and ensuring high-quality creative output, with a passion for helping restaurants thrive and a mission to delight guests and employees alike.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in product design with 5+ years in a leadership role building and scaling a large, multi-disciplinary design organization
- Strong portfolio showcasing long-term design strategy, complex UX solutions, and visual design
- Proficient in using quantitative and qualitative data to steer design thinking and measure product success
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams
- Experience with modern design software and tools
