Senior Tax Analyst

OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join a world-class finance operation. The role involves supporting the daily operations of the global tax function, improving processes, and ensuring compliance. Requirements

• Preparation of various global direct and indirect tax filings.
• Work closely with outside service providers to file various sales and use tax, business & occupation tax, personal property tax, etc.
• Support preparation of income tax provision, including ASC 740 calculations, tax account roll-forward schedules, and return to provision analysis.
• Prepare cross-department tax projections and assist with ad hoc financial analysis.
• Research opportunities, risks, and other ad hoc projects.
• Maintain global product taxability and tax exemption certificates.
• Support tax audits and respond to notices.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
