Job Description
OpenAI's Forward Deployed Engineering team partners with customers to turn research breakthroughs into production systems. The role focuses on leading a team of FDEs to deliver production systems, ensuring high-quality deployment, and collaborating closely with Product, Research, and GTM. The position emphasizes a hybrid work model with potential for relocation.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Japanese and English (spoken and written).
- 8+ years of engineering or technical delivery experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing high-performing FDE or customer-facing engineers.
