GTM Innovation Architect

We're hiring a technical GTM Innovation Architect to drive our team's strategy and operational excellence. The role is ideal for builders who don’t wait for a spec, who love zero-to-one ambiguity, and who want to ship systems that actually get used daily by people who depend on them.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, or solutions architecture
• Hands-on experience prototyping and deploying LLM-powered systems
• Strong product mindset and ability to shape technical solutions with business impact in mind
• Ability to work closely with users—internal or external—and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Bias toward action and ability to own problems end-to-end, from discovery through deployment
