Job Description
Codex is seeking a Data Scientist to measure and accelerate product-market fit for AI developer tools. The role involves defining metrics, running A/B tests, and pinpointing improvements to coding models. This position is based in San Francisco, CA, and offers a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a quantitative role at a developer-facing or high-growth product
- Fluency in SQL and Python
- Experience defining product metrics tied to user value
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with NLP/LLMs or code models (helpful)
