Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical customer facing roles
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of OpenAI product capabilities, APIs, SDKs, connectors, and common integration patterns
- Excellent project and program management instincts
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
- Experience embedding with customers to map workflows, identify requirements, and diagnose adoption challenges
