Sr Solution Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to provide technical support in Aspen Engineering Solution for our team in China. The role requires strong business acumen and customer interaction skills, with experience in consulting, technology, and/or industry.

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering with 5-10 years practical experience in consulting, technology, and/or industry
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Aspen Engineering products/solutions
• Experience in the process manufacturing industries
• Rich experience in simulation modeling or familiar with Aspen Solution such as HYSYS, Aspen Plus etc.
• Chemical and/or refining industry experience strongly preferred
• Ability to lead cross functional teams and manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Strong business acumen
• Adept at performing customer interviews, identifying improvement opportunities, and overcoming resistance to change
• Ability to assess and articulate customer value creation
• Strong passion for cutting-edge technologies, with the aptitude and desire intellectual curiosity to learn new skills
• A team player with the ability to relate to customers and maintain good working relationship
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Flexibility to work long hours when required
• Flexibility to travel 50% of time
