Job Description
Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Relief Counselor for a position at their West Brookfield, MA location. The role focuses on providing direct support and care to adults with developmental and intellectual challenges. Counselors will help individuals with Disabilities live independently, providing evidence-based treatment, and supporting their overall well-being and participation in community life. This position involves developing individualized treatment plans and assisting individuals with accessing transportation and activities of daily living.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
