Growth Manager

We’re looking for a Paid Growth Manager to own and scale Opal’s paid growth engine from our Paris office. This is a great fit if you’re ~2–3 years into your performance career and ready for more ownership.

Requirements

• ~2–3 years in UA or Performance Marketing (apps or web)
• Hands-on experience on Meta and at least one other major platform
• Comfortable with ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, payback, and attribution basics
• Able to turn data into clear decisions and next tests
• Creative + Strategic Thinking
• Organized, reliable, fast in execution
