Job Description
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role at Opal Autism Centers. Implements individualized treatment plans, collects data, engages with clients and families, and assists in developing educational materials.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Ability to obtain CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards in behavior analysis
