Job Description
Business Development & Operations Intern role supports operations and business development at the company, focusing on sales analysis, operations planning, and team communication. The role also involves business development support, including sales reporting, data analysis, and agreement drafting.
Requirements
- Conduct competitive and market analysis of previous sales performance
- Operational planning, sales analysis, and liaising with brands
- Assess and optimize operations processes and procedures
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
- Support the floor team on Flash Sales event execution
- Prepare monthly sales and management reports
- Analyze sales and adapt each analysis to brand needs
- Participate in post-sale meetings with brands
- Data analysis to provide insightful trends and understand consumer behavior
- Assist in drafting of agreement with brands
