Job Description
The Director of Research & Knowledge Transfer provides strategic leadership and oversight for OSCIA's research and knowledge transfer programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, stakeholder priorities, and performance objectives.
Requirements
- Senior Manager/Supervisor experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in research program management, policy development, and organizational leadership
- Minimum 8 years in a senior management or director-level role
- Proficiency in experimental design, research methods, data analysis, and statistical interpretation
- Demonstrated success overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder programs
