The Clinical Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Clinical Director and Clinical Team by reviewing incoming client materials, coordinating professional support information, and ensuring each participant is thoughtfully prepared for their upcoming intensive experience.
Requirements
- Master's-level education in a relevant field is preferred
- Experience in mental health, recovery, counseling, or related environments is strongly valued
- Familiarity with 12-Step, recovery, or therapeutic processes is a plus
- Mental health licensure is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence
- Clear, compassionate written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with databases, EMR/CRM systems, and standard office technology
- A nonjudgmental, service-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others
