Senior General Accountant for a US Holdings Company

This senior accounting position within a U.S. Holdings Company involves managing the financials for 10 designated entities. The role will be the right-hand person for the CFO, focusing on bookkeeping, journal entries, and month-end closing. Experience with Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, and Excel is essential, along with strong U.S. accounting knowledge.

Requirements

• Oversee daily bookkeeping tasks for 10 selected entities.
• Perform accurate journal entries and adjust the general ledger.
• Lead the month-end closing process for each entity.
• Generate monthly financial reports.
• Review and verify financial transactions.
• Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP and internal policies.
• Maintain organized transaction records.
• Work with the finance team and provide insights.
• Have a dedicated home office with reliable internet
• Work flexible hours with at least four hours of overlap with U.S. working hours.
