The Controller will manage all aspects of accounting and financial operations, including billing, financial statements, general ledger, and budget preparation. This role involves ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, coordinating with the CFO and leading team activities. The position requires strong financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration with an emphasis in Accounting, or a related field
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the field
- Previous experience as an accountant, accounting supervisor, or manager
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of accounting software
- Proficiency with accounting software and a software implementation experience
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, and GAAP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
