Job Description
OnLogic is seeking a Senior People Manager to lead the Electrical Engineering Team and oversee the design of embedded systems and hardware. This role requires a strong focus on collaboration, quality, and problem-solving, with an emphasis on working in a fast-paced, global environment. The manager will lead electrical engineering teams through the product development process, ensure consistent quality, and manage project schedules and budgets.
Requirements
- Technically Lead the electrical design team (both Hardware and Firmware) through the product development process.
- Manage project schedules and improvements for product designs.
- Manage and develop operational engineering budgets.
- Mentorship and experience of team members.
- Technical Project Management skills.
- Detail-oriented focus on quality and problem-solving.
- Good time-management and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with high speed circuit design (x86 or ARM space).
