Job Description
We are a scale-up fintech company looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own customer portfolio, ensuring customer growth and satisfaction, and working with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar B2B customer role
- Experience with SaaS, payments, or marketplace business models
- Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
