Job Description
oneZero Financial Systems is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and execute all HR functions for their Australian operations while partnering closely with their global HR team.
Requirements
- Relevant 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 8–10 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a demonstrated leadership role within Australia
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices
- Proven experience with payroll systems and HR management platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle sensitive and difficult conversations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and mentor others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in technology or financial services is a plus
