Lead SDET Quality Assurance Engineer

oneZero Financial Systems is a fast-growing company with Headquarters in Somerville MA, empowering banks, brokerages and hedge funds with cutting edge trade routing and execution technology. We are currently looking for a motivated and talented Lead SDET Quality Assurance Engineer to join our HQ office.

Requirements

• Manage and supervise other SDET QA to ensure application code performs as expected
• Develop testing programs to identify possible defects in pre-deployment software
• Collaborate with team, engineering and product colleagues to ensure consistently high quality software
• Oversee and help implement full automation test coverage at a squad level for a release
• Participate in automation code reviews, pair-programming, and make automation framework updates
• Mentor other SDET QA to develop test automation to the same standards as the development team
• Keep up with innovations in the industry and drive continuous improvement
