Requirements

• Define the raison d'être of a data office and define data architectures
• Formalize a Data Management Framework (DMF) - principles, governance, processes, procedures
• Benchmarker, define, and deploy data management tools (data catalog, data quality, references,...)
• Perform maturity audits, perform roadmaps, deploy tools, change & empowerment missions
• Contribute to the sharing of experiences (capitalization, presentation of REX, publications, etc.) within the collective and promote collaborations between all employees of the communities, and of Onepoint
