Job Description
NELCO Worldwide is seeking a Vice President of Manufacturing to lead all manufacturing operations across Houston, TX and Amesbury, MA. This role involves driving operational excellence, maintaining quality standards, managing financial performance, and delivering customer value. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with extensive experience in complex manufacturing environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business administration
- Extensive experience in successful manufacturing leadership roles in construction
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and compliance
- Experience with Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve operational targets
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP
- Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time
