Loader (3rd Shift) - O'Neal Steel / Jackson, MS

O'Neal Steel has an opening for a 3rd shift Loader at our Jackson, MS facility. The Loader will load and unload material within a warehouse. Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, overhead cranes, conveyors, spotter trucks and trailers or other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks or trains and within the storage facility.

Requirements

• Operate a wide variety of material handling equipment
• Critical thinking skills to allow for the required planning and problem-solving
• Safely load multi-stop loads for customer delivery
• Verify the accuracy of material, quantity, packaging and other special instructions for each order shipped
• Use a variety of hand tools
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Work in accordance with established safety procedures
