Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or management of customer service operations in the consumer finance industry
• Understanding of US Banking Regulations, as well as Fraud and Disputes processing
• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Working knowledge of pivot tables in spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail
