Job Description
One Workplace is seeking a Market Development Manager- A&D to lead and maximize sales efforts for the company, developing and leveraging relationships with commercial real estate brokers and the design community to identify opportunities and close new business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university
- 3 years related experience with the commercial real estate community.
- Advance selling skills interfacing with clients, architects, general contractors, and vendors
