Requirements
- GITP is looking for an experienced professional with vision, strategic insight and a proven record in tender management.
- HBO/WO level of education.
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience in tendermanagement, bidding or commercial project leadership.
- Experience with complex tendering processes within the business or HR sector.
- Strong in stakeholder management and influence at the strategic level.
- Experience with process improvement, digitalization, and the application of new technologies (such as AI).
- Results-oriented, analytical, and inspiring.
- A natural coach and connector with collaboration and quality sense.
