Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing telecommunications environments
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Deep understanding of VoIP, data networking, wireless technologies, and security infrastructure
• Extensive hands-on experience with cloud-based contact center and telephony platforms
