Job Description
OnBuy is a rapidly growing online marketplace focused on being the best customer experience. They are seeking a Legal Counsel to support their international expansion, manage contract negotiations, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external advisors to deliver pragmatic legal guidance, manage risk, and build scalable processes.
Requirements
- UK-qualified solicitor or barrister (or equivalent jurisdiction)
- 4+ years post-qualification experience
- Strong background in commercial law, contract drafting, and negotiation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
