Job Description
On is seeking a Senior Specialist in Footwear Development to join their rapidly growing sports company. This role involves the full development and commercialization of new and existing footwear, collaborating with factories, technical teams, and product creation in Switzerland. The position offers the opportunity to work from Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam.
Requirements
- Develop products on-time and according to design requirements.
- Review and confirm bottom tooling blueprints before opening sample molds.
- Contribute ideas for design, construction, materials, and components.
- Manage sampling and prototyping across all development phases.
- Elaborate product and testing requirements with the product creation team.
- Manage timelines, manufacturing, and material supply chain projects.
- Communicate with the product creation team and ensure project success.
- Ensure information is entered into the PLM system.
- Visit production line for quality assurance and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in product design, development, manufacturing, or related field.
