On Board Experiential is an award-winning, full-service, experience-led agency that creates meaningful brand experiences worldwide. We are looking for a Creative Director to lead our team and develop big, transformative ideas that motivate cross-functional teams to realize grand visions.
Requirements
- Thoughtfully develop and present winning new business pitches
- Understand and work within project parameters
- Elevate the work by consistently clarifying team dynamics and next steps
- Guide and contribute to strategic development of integrated experiential and virtual marketing campaigns
- Interface with internal teams, vendors, and clients for creative sell-in and review
- Remain current with industry trends and techniques
- Conduct and participate in brainstorming sessions and workshops
- Develop robust KPI plans per program
- Coordinate with talent and resources to complete creative materials
- Recap and reflect on all creative pitches and projects
