Job Description
ON BOARD EXPERIENTIAL (OBE) is seeking an Account Director to lead the development and execution of exceptional experiential marketing programs. This role focuses on client relationships, managing budgets, and providing strategic creative solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about culture and culinary-driven experiences, with a commitment to providing a healthy work-life balance and mentoring a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Demonstrate thought leadership with insightful analysis of client objectives.
- Collaborate with creative strategy to develop insights for brand and audience analysis.
- Drive and/or supervise client activations to ensure proper planning and accountability.
- Develop and manage program SOWs.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and guidance of program expenses and creative deliverables.
- Lead discussions on budget/resource management.
- Maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
- Continuously seek new business development opportunities.
- Adapt to current industry trends and innovation.
