(Sr./Staff) DFT Engineer

This role requires a highly skilled Senior/Staff DFT Engineer to define and implement the test strategy for complex CIS/SoC/TDDI designs. The engineer will take ownership of the entire DFT flow, from architecture to pattern generation, ensuring high quality and test coverage. They will drive DFT methodology and successfully deliver multi-million-gate designs to mass production.

Requirements

• Develop and set advanced DFT strategy.
• Implement DFT structures including SCAN, Test Compression, Memory BIST, Logic BIST, Boundary Scan, and JTAG.
• Perform verification of DFT logic and generate production-ready ATE patterns.
• Generate accurate DFT timing constraints and collaborate with backend teams.
