Sail Racing is a highly specialized company based in Sweden, designing and constructing innovative gear for high-speed sailing. We are looking for an International Customer Support specialist to strengthen our Customer Service team.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Customer Service within wholesale, retail or e-commerce
• System savvy, preferably experience with Navision Business Central
• Good ability to express themselves in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
• Understanding of digital customer communication and service flows
