Global Growth Manager

We are looking for a Global Growth Manager to join our team in London. As a Growth Manager, you will play a key part in expanding our client base and revenue through thoughtful client acquisition, retention, and business development efforts. The ideal candidate brings a blend of business development acumen, marketing insight and relationship-building skills to help position us as a top-tier partner in a competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Managing the pitch process from initial RFI/RFP responses to presentations and contract negotiations
• Offering strategic insights that connect client needs with agency solutions
• Collaborating with leadership to set and monitor revenue goals and performance indicators
• Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities
• Working alongside multiple teams to create well-rounded and effective pitch responses
